Take2Eton Group announces strong growth trajectory and new business wins of £40M

Take2Eton Group has announced major business growth after winning new clients in the US, UK and Ireland with a total spend of some £40M over the last six months. Around 50% of new business is from clients with an SME business travel spend of up to £1M.

However, the travel management company, which has a strong transatlantic customer service offering, has also seen growth in large enterprise customers, especially in the insurance sector. This includes securing the UK and US business of two leading global providers of underwriting and reinsurance solutions, with a total spend of £21M. Other new clients include US-based global mobility specialists, Odyssey Relocation.

Another key area of growth is Take2Eton’s VIP service, and a growing trend for travel managers at large companies seeking a more fractional approach for their travelling employees. For example, one such client is a global company with 15,000 employees who use a global mega TMC to service the majority of their workforce. However, Take2Eton has been appointed to service senior-level executives who require more support and specialist expertise, to ensure their C-suite has access to expertise whenever they need it. The same client has also awarded its events business to Take2Eton for the same reason.

Amanda Finneman, Supply Chain Analyst at Odyssey Relocation commented on the company’s partnership with Take2Eton saying: “The onboarding process with Take2Eton was well-organized, and I really appreciated the warm welcome from the team. The check-in sessions were super helpful, especially to ensure we were all staying on track for our go live date. The team is incredibly responsive and open to working with our internal team in whatever way is best for us. I am excited about the new partnership and I’m looking forward to our relationship continuing to grow”.

Shelley Mathews, Chief Commercial Officer, Take2Eton Group said: “The last six months have been incredibly strong for us in terms our business growth on both sides of the Atlantic.  Our vision to focus on providing high-touch personal service and exceptional technology solutions to our clients is paying dividends. Most of our new customers have decided to appoint us because their incumbent TMC was not delivering the personal service that they needed. There is clearly a need in the market for Take2Eton’s flexible and personal approach, helping organisations on both sides of the Atlantic to address their painpoints and deliver tailored service configurations and technology solutions to meet their needs.”
