Global TMC appoints former Reed & Mackay specialist Graeme Fyvie to lead sector expansion

Global independent TMC, Take2Eton Group is stepping up its specialist energy and marine strategy with the launch of an Aberdeen operation and the appointment of Graeme Fyvie as EVP Energy & Marine. Fyvie will take up the newly-created role on 2 November 2026 and report to Take2Eton CEO, Julie Oliver.
The move extends an energy and marine business that Take2Eton has already been operating successfully from Texas in the US for the past three years, giving the independent TMC specialist sector capabilities on both sides of the Atlantic.
Take2Eton’s US energy and marine operation currently manages a client portfolio representing a combined multi-million-dollar travel spend. The TMC will use that existing sector experience as the platform for expansion in Aberdeen and the wider international energy and marine market.
Fyvie joins Take2Eton following 14 years with Reed & Mackay and brings 32 years of travel industry experience.
He joined Reed & Mackay as Operations Manager in 2013, initially tasked with establishing its Aberdeen office and strengthening its offering to Scottish corporate clients, particularly in the energy and marine sectors. He was subsequently promoted to General Manager of the energy division in 2024.
His earlier career included operational roles at HRG, American Express Travel and Munros Travel.
Fyvie is also a member of the Scottish Passenger Agents Association Council and became its Air Convenor in January 2026, when he established the Aberdeen Business Travel Focus Group.
Chris Thelen, Founder + Chair, Take2Eton Group, said: “Energy and marine is already an important and successful part of our business in the US, so Aberdeen is a natural next step in our strategy. It gives us specialist expertise and presence in two of the world’s key energy markets and creates a strong platform for further transatlantic growth.
“Graeme is exactly the person we wanted to lead that expansion. His knowledge of the energy and marine sector, and of the Aberdeen market in particular, is exceptional. Just as importantly, he shares our belief that great travel management is built around people, responsiveness and genuinely personal service. We see a significant opportunity to bring the Take2Eton approach to more energy and marine businesses, while giving existing and future clients access to specialist support on both sides of the Atlantic,” said Thelen.
Graeme Fyvie commented: “I’m absolutely delighted to step into the role of EVP, Energy & Marine at Take2Eton at such an exciting and pivotal moment for the business. Take2Eton’s commitment to service excellence and its passion for delivering outstanding results for clients is truly exceptional. Chris and the whole team bring an energy and dedication that is inspiring, and I’m confident that my experience, knowledge, and leadership style align perfectly with the culture they’ve built. I’m looking forward to contributing to the next chapter of growth and helping elevate the energy and marine offering.”
